Data Deletion Request
Last updated 18 August 2026
You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. There is no charge and you do not need to give a reason.
How to request deletion
- Email Reliancebroadband254@gmail.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request, or
- WhatsApp or call 0746478467 and ask for your data to be deleted.
Please include the name and phone number you gave us, so we can find your record. We may ask one question to confirm it is really you before we delete anything.
What happens next
- We acknowledge your request within 7 days.
- We delete the data within 30 days and confirm in writing once it is done.
- Advertising and analytics identifiers linked to your visit are removed from the platforms we control.
What we may have to keep
If you are or were a paying customer, Kenyan tax and licensing rules require us to retain billing records for a set period. We will keep only what the law requires, tell you what that is, and delete everything else. Deleting your data will end any active service, since we cannot support a connection we hold no record of.
If you are not satisfied
You may complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner of Kenya. We would rather sort it out directly first — reach us at 6th Floor, Garden Court, Tena, Nairobi or on 0730823000.
